Shipping

  • 1. Ready Stock Orders

    • Ready stock orders will be shipped within 1–3 working days.

    • During peak seasons, orders will be processed within 3–5 working days.

    • During our Japan live shopping trips, ready stock orders will be shipped after we return from Japan.

  • 2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

    • West Malaysia

      • RM8 for the first 3 kg
      • Additional weight: RM4 per kg

    • East Malaysia 

      • RM15 for the first 0.1–1 kg
      • Additional weight: RM12 per kg

    • Singapore 

      • RM30 for the first 0.1–1 kg
      • Additional weight: RM15 per kg

      • Note: Shipping fees are calculated based on whichever is greater — the actual weight or the volumetric weight of the parcel. We will always do our best to pack your order as compactly as possible to help you avoid paying unnecessary postage.

    • 3. Preorder Items

      • If your order contains PREORDER items, it will be shipped only after all preorder item(s) have arrived.

      • Should you wish to have the available items shipped first, an additional postage fee will be required.

    • 4. Combined Orders During Japan/Korea Live Shopping

      • During our Japan/Korea live shopping sessions, customers can add items daily.

      • To avoid double-charging postage, please select “Pickup” at checkout (free shipping).

      • After we return from Overseas, we will measure and consolidate your parcels.

      • If the total weight exceeds the first kg or the postage you have already paid, we will contact you to settle the additional shipping fee before dispatch.

    • 5. Shipping Partner

      • We have selected DHL as our shipping partner.

    • 6. Delivery Responsibility

      • Once the tracking number has been sent to you, your parcel will be under the care of our third-party postage service provider.

      • Any delays or losses during delivery must be addressed directly with the courier, as they are beyond our responsibility.
