哪些是现货商品?ARE THE ITEMS READY STOCK?
网站上标注为 READYSTOCK 区域的商品,均为现货商品,可立即购买。我们将在3个工作日内寄出包裹。
Only items in the READYSTOCK section on our website are in-stock and available for immediate purchase. We will ship out the parcel within 3 working days.
代购期间多久能收到货?DURING DAIGOU HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE AFTER ORDER PLACED?
每趟的预计发货时间都会发布公告在IG。我们将根据订单顺序发货,尽快在预计时间内安排发货。
由于国际物流等不可控因素,商品可能会出现延迟或取消的情况,但我们会尽快安排发货。

The estimated shipping time for each batch will be announced in advance in IG .We will do our best to arrange shipment within the estimated timeframe according to the order sequence.
Kindly be informed that there might be uncontrollable factors such as international logistics, delays or cancellations may occur, but we will arrange shipment as soon as possible.

退款时间 ? Refund Process ?
若在代购期间提前知道商品缺货(例如鞋子无尺码/等等)我们将在代购结束后7个工作日内处理退款,一旦完成退款会联系您可选择退款至银行或将余额保留至您的Store账户
在代购期间会尽力采购与补货确保完成订单。如因商品缺货导致订单不完整,我们将在发货前通知与处理退款。

除了缺货问题,任何订单都不接受退款以及临时退换款式。
If we are informed of a product being out of stock during the purchasing process (e.g., shoes with no available sizes, etc.), we will process a refund within 7 working days after the purchasing period ends. Once the refund is completed, we will contact you accordingly.
During the purchasing process, we will do our best to source and restock items to fulfill your order.If any items are unavailable and result in an incomplete order, we will notify you before shipment and process the refund accordingly.
( You may choose to receive the refund via bank transfer or credit the balance in your Store account )
Other than out-of-stock issues, we do not accept refunds or last-minute changes for any order.

在商品寄出前,我们都会加厚包装避免商品损坏。如在运输过程中,包裹/商品外包装(因快递公司造成损坏/凹陷),只要不影响产品使用/损害,将不接受退款/退换商品。
小于2CM的官瑕/瑕疵(不影响使用),恕不进行任何退款/退换。
如收到错误的商品/商品损坏/包裹遗失等等
请在收到包裹5天内联系我们处理售后问题(超出5天将不受理)。到货日期以快递公司官网显示的物流追踪信息为准。
Before shipping, we enhance the packaging to prevent product damage.
If the outer packaging of the parcel/product is damaged or dented during transit due to the courier, but the product itself remains unaffected and functional, we will not accept refunds or exchanges.
Minor imperfections or flaws less than 2CM in size that do not affect product usage are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges.
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or package lost, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the parcel for after-sales assistance.
[Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.] The delivered date is calculated based on the shipping carrier's offical tracking information.
如果我同时下单现货和预购商品,我会同时收到所有商品还是分开收到?IF I ORDERED A COMBINATION OF READY STOCK AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS, WILL I RECEIVE THE ITEMS TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY?
预购商品补货后,我们会将所有商品一起寄出。分开寄需额外付运费。

Customer may request to shipped out ready stock first and will be charges extra postage fee. Please contact our customer service for more details.
