Refund
- If any item in your order is out of stock or has sold out, you will be notified by our customer service team via WhatsApp or Instagram inbox. In this case, you are entitled to a refund. Alternatively, you can exchange the item for another product and we will refund the difference if the new item has a lower price.
- During the purchasing process, we will do our best to source and restock items to fulfill your order.If any items are unavailable and result in an incomplete order, we will notify you before shipment and process the refund accordingly.
- Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.
- Please note that once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- If you encounter any missing or lost parcels, Fuwa will determine whether or not compensation, alteration, or a refund is necessary. Please contact us within 5 days of your parcel's delivery status being marked as 'Delivered', and we will make every effort to get in touch with the courier service for you.
Refund Process
- Please provide your bank account details for refunds via bank transfer or credit.
- For international shipping, refunds can only be issued as store credit. Bank transfers are not accepted.

- For bank transfers, expect a refund within 1-5 working days.
- For store credit, expect a refund within 1-3 working days.
